Opinion: It is time for U.S. to reopen Friendship Park

For more than a decade, dedicated volunteers nurtured the binational garden at Friendship Park. In a shocking and disgraceful act, a Border Patrol agent bulldozed the garden in 2020. There has been no compensation for these “rogue” actions.
