A Date with Death is a horror game disguised as politeness. The visual novel game structure is simple: one room, one conversation, one exit that may not function. Your companion speaks softly and listens carefully. Too carefully. Responses you give become references later, sometimes in ways that suggest the script is longer than what you see. There are no monsters. There is only the dawning awareness that you are not the first person to sit in this chair. The horror is not in what is said. It is in the silences where something else is writing the next line.
The idea of cross-border collaboration sounds great and has a long-term vision, but the current split in Friendship Park is quite concerning. It feels like a game of Unblocked Games with half the map blocked.
