SD UT: Portion of Berlin Wall — once gifted to the U.S. but rejected by Trump — now stands in Tijuan

An original fragment of the fallen Berlin Wall — once rejected by the Trump administration — was donated Sunday to the city of Tijuana and will be on permanent display on the Mexican side of Friendship Park.
