President Joe Biden’s visit to San Diego Monday drew small groups of protesters with divergent messages. Waiting for Biden’s motorcade at the entrance to the Naval Base Point Loma, the Friendship Park held signs condemning the current construction project to build 30' bollard-style walls at Friendship Park.
