See below for the flier for this year's Posada Sin Fronteras.  As always, the walk to Friendship Park is about 45 minutes one-way, and depending on how much precipitation we get from now until then, it could be a muddy trek into the beach area.  I realize there are competing activities taking place around Christmas, but your participation is really appreciated.

If you plan to attend, please arrive early enough to ensure you reach the fenced area around Friendship Park in time.  Be sure to bring warm clothing and a good pair of hiking shoes.  With the increased presence of Border Patrol agents in this area, it is also recommended that you bring proper documentation of US citizenship or immigration status to avoid any delays in case you are questioned by Border Patrol agents.

The $5 parking fee is only for vehicles permitted to enter the Border Field State Park parking area, which might not be the case if the gate is closed at the entrance of the park.
